Vision & Values

Our Vision and Values

At Alford Primary, we have spent the past few years thoughtfully redeveloping our school vision and values.

Throughout this process, pupils, teachers, support staff, and families were all invited to share their views on the values that best reflect the ethos of our school and the shared goals we hold as a community.

After rich discussion and collaboration, our school community agreed on a shared vision — to Aim High for the Bullseye.

To help us achieve this vision, we have identified three core values that guide everything we do at Alford.  These are identified as everyone striving to be;
